I saw: old hippies, new hippies, punks, preppies, grandmothers, babes in arms, parents, wrinklies, men in tweeds, trombonists, anarchists, Star Wars fans, Star Trek fans, drummers, protesting dogs, sleeping babies, journalists, the UK’s only Green MP, and a Boris Johnson lookalike waving sorry to the passing crowd.

It was multi-sensory, glorious, peaceful, funny, generous, creative, warm, loud, joyful, and overwhelming…

… and I wouldn’t have missed it for the world.

This post made me smile. Except, of course, for the reality of Brexit. I see so much of what’s so wonderful about Britain here.

I love the people’s humorous take on making those posters though. Mari Kondo was the best one :)) You people have so much potential if you can meet an event like that with such attitude!
